I agree with you that it’s NOT a proper issue. However, for any new or additional requirements (small/ large) I have always documented in the Issue register as I don’t have any other place holder! Didn’t mean to increase the number (J) Finance department will be giving the scenarios by next Sunday as you prescribed. I will take it out of the issue register but do create the parent values.
As we have always discussed , any new addition to the UAT -User Acceptance Testing scenario has to be reviewed by IT manager, Finance Manager and KPMG before it can be finalized for the testing. The objective is to ensure that these scenarios are absolutely business critical for the purposed of GO-LIVE.
As you know that any additional UAT scenarios, if it is changing the fundamental design of TO-BE, will prolong the UAT timeline.
